MeenSeen makes a good point however that's in essence pulling the rug out from under Outlook and bad things could happen especially since it sounds as though they are homed on a file server which is definitely not supported by MS. Upon first run (when wdsharespace is empty) everything works as expected and the two directories are copied in their entirity.Interesting tool that Bob mentioned but I think you are just looking to ingest the PST's and not remove them from the users access correct? if so then this will not work and you can read more about that tool here.
